Personal Injury; Wrongful Death; Nursing Home Death and Abuse; Medical Malpractice; Too Many Lawsuits?

If you have been injured; or another person has been injured; killed or suffered abuse you may be involved in helping to determine what to do to protect the injured person or compensate their family.  Determining what to do can be confusing and overwhelming. Help is available.

The internet is filled with inaccurate and false information.

Okay, then how do you determine what is the right course of action for the injured person or their surviving family members? Let’s consider why the internet and media is filled with advertising; public relations campaigns; and commentators from numerous special interest groups attacking personal injury lawyers; run-a-way jury verdicts; doctors are under attack, etc….  All these commentators and special interests have self serving financial or political interests in supporting these positions.  Are there abuses in the system, of course, but they are the exceptions.

Most of the people you know are decent and honest.  The same is true of those that work for insurance companies and those that represent injured people in seeking recoveries from responsible defendants.

If you, or someone you know, has been injured or suffered injury or death as a result of an automobile collision; boating accident; medical malpractice; work injury; product liability; construction injury; nursing home neglect or abuse… call me and let’s see if I can either help them or their family recover for their pain, suffering, disability, lost earnings, support, affection, past and future medical expenses, or disfigurement.

I am an Illinois attorney and since 1979 I have concentrated my practice in personal injury; wrongful death; work injuries; nursing home issues; and the related legal areas.  If this matter concerns issues outside the State of Illinois I have access to qualified personal injury attorneys throughout the United States.

I look forward to speaking with you.
